submitted by Lynn - |Recommended: NoI was a resident at Ridgebrook Apartments for 6 LONG months. I accepted the apartment via a video tour due to COVID and distance. The on line tour I was given was of a beautiful apartment. I drove over 300 miles, excited for my new adventure and new home. When I arrived - the apartment they put me in was NOTHING like the one I had been shown. I was told they were working on the updates and all of the issues would be taken care of promptly. Nothing was ever worked on or updated. The first week I was living there, I started to deal with mice. I contacted the property manager and was told, it was getting cold outside and the mice needed a warm placer to go. They sent maintenance over to fill holes . Over the next 5 months - 3 exterminators were there and still there were mice crawling out of holes in the walls and heaters. I dealt with mice in my cupboards, bed, draws, etc... My kitchen faucet started leaking steady leak in the beginning of February. There was no shut off valve in the

submitted by Lynn - |Recommended: NoThis was by far the worst place I have lived in my 50 years. I accepted the apartment via an online tour due to COVID restrictions and distance. When I arrived, the apartment was NOTHING like the one I had toured. However I had traveled 400 miles to get here and needed a place. I was promised things would be fixed. WRONG. The amount of mice I dealt with in 6 months was beyond ridiculous. The exterminator was there 3 times in 6 months and still I dealt with mice DAILY - crawling out of holes in the walls and the heater. The hall ways smelled so bad supposed to be smoke free . The laundry room was filthy -water trash on the floor, clothes did not get clean . There was over a month that my hot water ran constant - no one responded to work orders during that time. They property was bought by a new company in the past few months - the people working on site were not helpful, but the Corporate office in Florida did work with me on issues and let me out of my lease early.

submitted by L S. - |Recommended: NoI lived at Ridgebrook for 6 months. It was honestly the worst living experience of my 50 years. They are under new owners now and I sincerely hope things get better for the residents - no one deserves to live the way I did for 6 months. I am so grateful to finally get out of my lease. I dealt with numerous mice I know mice can get in anywhere from time to time . The mice were EVERYWHERE on a daily basis. The health risk of this is so scary The exterminator was there 3 times in the 6 months I lived there and they were still crawling out of the walls and heaters. I went for over a month with running hot water in my kitchen before anyone responded to my work orders. Numerous pot holes in the parking lot. The hallways had a horrible smell and after walking thru them, the smell would be on my clothing. At the end of my stay there, the new management was beginning to fix things, clean up the grounds - so that is a plus.

I’ve been asking for a new dishwasher since moving in and still have not received one. I’m not happy living here, and don’t think the price is reasonable for what we are given.

submitted by Marshawn M. - |Recommended: NoDon't Live Here — The neighbors are constantly yelling, or playing loud music or their t.v super loud at all hours of the day and night. I've had multiple packages stolen, kids just run the halls screaming and leaving a mess everywhere. I've had roaches in my apartment the entire year i've been here. The blinds were broken when i moved in and they have never been replaced. I've woken up multiple mornings to no hot water or no water running at all People just through there garbage everywhere in the parking lot, theres been dog pooped smeared into the carpets for months as well. Do Not Live Here.
